Hello! Thanks for visiting this page. My name is Eric Langhjelm and I have been a licensed Realtor® on Vancouver's beautiful North Shore for 15 years. My focus and expertise is based primarily on the marketing and sales of single family homes between Edgemont Village to the east and Horseshoe Bay to the west.

Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of selling hundreds of homes in addition to building and running a boutique brokerage, VPG Realty Inc, for seven years before merging my company with Rennie and Associates. Now that I am no longer responsible for managing a fair-sized brokerage, my focus is solely on putting my expertise to work in marketing and selling single family homes of any size and any type, and doing so with my wife, Dr. Heather Stewart, who has joined me in real estate* after nearly 30 years of serving the North Shore community as a well-respected dentist and person.

Save for my teen years in Coquitlam, I've spent the majority of my life on the North Shore, with the last 17 years spent in West Vancouver, specifically Bayridge, a neighbourhood, that’s defined by its classic West Coast setting, large lots, unique homes, friendly neighbours, and top schools. I share my home with my wife, two teenage children and our eight pets (!!), while my rare spare time is spent either hiking, biking, playing hockey, or wrestling with our two bulldogs.

As for what you're getting in me, I've been described as amiable, analytical, strategic and highly competitive.i I'm certainly not perfect, but I am good at what I do and I will bring my best to every opportunity.

Heather, professionally known as Dr. Heather Stewart, recently joined forces with me after retiring from a near 30 year career as a Dentist, the bulk of which was spent as the owner and principal Dentist of Seawall Dental in Dundarave.
